Best Western Dickson

My air went out and I needed a room last minute. I was surprised with how friendly staff was and they were pretty busy! My room was clean, cool, and I felt very safe in the location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a room!! Also had an actual hot breakfast the next morning that was really good.

The Best Western in Dickson Tennessee is located next door to a steakhouse near main highway directly adjacent to the I-40 interstate. This means that you're not traveling very far from I-40 to get there which is very convenient. It also means that there is the occasional noise. The rooms are well insulated so this is not usually an issue at all. The side facing the steakhouse does have some noise if no other noise is in place such as a TV or music as the restaurant plays music fairly loudly over there speaker systems which is not intrusive. I've stayed at this Best Western nearly a dozen times, and the majority, four out of five rooms have upgraded televisions no major damage or poor plumbing installation and AC that works very well. The rooms lead directly to the parking lot or the above balcony, so you may occasionally have the experience of hearing someone as they go by your room or have conversations in the parking lot. I've never had an issue that concerned me at this location. The staff are very kind attentive with quick chickens and check outs, always greeted with a smile and their lobby area is clean and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable the linen is clean and the rooms are serviced with soap towels shampoo conditioner toilet paper and tissues with multiple outlets plugging in devices, desk and chair, a small couch sitting space. Overall, I've had positive experiences at this location and I would say that in this specific vicinity, this is one of the best hotels when compared to others like it. Choose this over roadway inn, are the other two two star hotels nearby. The comfort inn at the far rear of the road near cracker Barrel is usually 20 to $30 more expensive for a night stay. While it's exterior, interior pool, gym, and bathrooms are of a higher quality and benefits to it, if you're looking for a place to stay that's comfortable, safe, and convenient at a decent rate; it's hard to beat this Best Western Dickson.

My wife and I stayed here for a week while our power was out during the Tennessee ice storm. The staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly, keeping the rooms turned over and the free breakfast hot and ready to go. I’m sure their job wasn’t easy with their hotel being so busy and ice covering everything, but they did an amazing job! Thank you, Best Western Dickson

I want to give a huge thank you to Risi, the customer service representative at the front desk of the Best Western in Dickson, TN. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating to my husband, our puppy, and me. We arrived earlier than expected, and Risi went out of her way to get us checked into a room early, which made such a difference after traveling. She was kind, patient, and made us feel truly cared for—not just like guests, but like people. Customer service like hers is rare and so appreciated. Risi is a true asset to this hotel, and because of her, our stay started off perfectly. We will absolutely remember her kindness and would happily stay here again.

A decent place to stay for the price. Beds were clean, albeit not the most comfortable. Definitely bring your own pillows. The hvac units are automatic and you cannot turn them on or off, no matter how hot or cold you are. This was the biggest issue I had as I woke up many times in the night freezing and could not turn the heat on. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors having a normal conversation. Vent in bathroom, can see straight thru to another room bia their vent. I did get handicap accessible room as I have someone recovering from a brain injury. But the recent weather made this difficult as majority of the parking lot was iced over and I was disappointed that the handicapped parking spot was not cleared off at least. Most people who stayed had to park on the outter edge of the parking lot and walk over the ice to get to their rooms, including us. Tvs are smart TVs, but I had the hardest time trying to connect both of our phones to watch YouTube. Ended up just wtching Cast Away. WiFi was incredibly slow, just use your mobile data if you can. All in all, I would stay again for the price. Would like to see a few improvements though.

Clean nice hotel All furniture was like new No dust, even on hard access spots. Has pool that was also very clean like really clean.

Stellar breakfast, worth the price of admission. Perfectly cooked eggs, delicious coffee. Yogurt machines are a very rare treat. Many options. Heater kept the room warm but loudly cycled on and off, no settings kept the fan on. Mini fridge didn't feel too cold.

Absolutely where you want to stay. I am pick type person. Needed a room for 1 night because of work and found this hidden gem to be fabulous. Decorated, very clean and great breakfast. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend and stay again with no hesitation.
